There are three main types of risk:
Executional. Can the company actually develop, produce, distribute, and
support the new product or service as scheduled?Technical. Will the product or service work or perform as in tended or
promised?Market: Will the product or service be accepted by customers in the
amounts, at the prices, and within the time, desired?有三種風險：
執行面：公司真的能按照時間表開發、生產、配銷與支援新產品或新服務嗎？
技術面：該產品或服務真的能夠預期地運作嗎？
市場面：顧客真的能夠照我麼期望的數量、價格與在時間內接受我們的產品或服務嗎？
